The Director, Project Management – Site Openings is responsible for administering policies relating to all phases of new site implementation within various districts; providing direct oversight of all managers, administration and human resources responsible for the site in regards to new site implementation; and identifying, evaluating, and resolving potential operational issues and facilitating communication to improve work performance and client satisfaction beyond initial implementation. The Director, Project Management – Site Openings works closely with the Executive Vice President, Administration to ensure that corporate initiatives and Towne Park cultural perspectives are developed and maintained during and beyond new site openings.
