Job Title: Director, Women & Children Recovery
Location: Anna Ogden Hall (AOH)
Status: Full time-exempt
Summary
The Director of Anna Ogden Hall is responsible to manage all business operations of the shelter. They are responsible to lead all staff and ministry programs designed for women and children in the LIFE recovery program.
Responsibilities
· Collaborate with other Women and Children ministries to provide consistent programming
· Collaborate with Crisis Shelter to recruit for long-term program
· Work to build a culture of trust following our model of Core Value and Grace Training
· Ensure that staff are effectively using volunteers and equipping them for purposeful service
· Administration and business operations at the shelter are managed with excellence
· Human Resources is informed of all critical updates and changes involving staff
· Payroll department is aware of all changes and adjustment to times and schedules of staff
· Serve as the primary spokesperson for Women’s Recovery at Anna Ogden Hall
Required Qualifications
· Mature in their faith
· Proven management/leadership abilities
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Motivating team building and conflict resolution skills
Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Organizational leadership or related field and/or equivalent in experience
· Experience in working with homeless, addictions, and recovery programs
