ABOUT THE COMPANY:
GTS Enterprises is a privately-held, multi-site manufacturer and distributor of tobacco and CBD Hemp products located in Salamanca, NY. GTS also operates two retail facilities. Our 70+ employees enjoy a familial culture where hard work and fun live side-by-side.

AS Director of Operations, YOU’LL:
- Lead the senior management team, serving as our “Chief Problem Solver,” handling day-to-day responsibilities at our operations including manufacturing, wholesaling, and retailing facilities, as well as a customs bonded warehouse
- Develop and implement KPIs, including volume goals, for all business units; report results to senior management team
- Develop and manage the executing of strategic plans to ensure growth stability
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $90,000.00 to $125,000.00 /hour
Experience:
- management: 5 years (Preferred)
Education:
- Bachelor’s (Preferred)
