About You
You’re a seasoned pro. You’ve led content teams at brands with at least $20 million in annual revenue. You exhibit a high degree of structure and skill. You approach and complete activities in a fairly linear fashion.
Your communication style with others is factual, straightforward, direct and to the point. In spite of that, you have the ability to be slightly more socially approachable and outgoing if the work environment and culture are perceived as needing or requiring those behaviors. You can focus for extended periods and switch to social situations with ease.
You are driven. You’ve been told that you are an intense and impatient person who reacts quickly. You can juggle multiple tasks simultaneously. You keep the pressure on and drive yourself and others very hard. You’re great with change and pressure, with shifting priorities, deadlines, and/or goals. You respond positively to unpredictable situations and find that you get bored with routine or repetitive activities. You’re a doer and get things done.
