SimpleBills is a complete utility management service that helps property management companies and owners provide a better resident experience, conserve resources, and realize efficiencies. Role: The Implementation Manager’s role is oversight of the onboarding and implementation process to bring on new clients for SimpleBills. Much of his/her time should be used communicating with and supporting internal resources regarding the onboarding process for clients.
Responsibilities
Responsibilities include the following:
- Collect and organize implementation documentation, and distribute to appropriate stake holders
- Coordinate processes provided by internal team members to ensure a positive outcome for clients
- Communicate about implementation status to internal stake holders
- Manage a small team of implementation specialists
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Developing and using systems and processes to organize and keep track of information.
- Applying logic and critical thinking to solve poorly defined requests
- Looking at a problem and finding the missing pieces.
Qualifications
Requirements include the following:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2 years professional experience.
- People-oriented. Must be a self-starter in setting up new processes, managing details, and problem-solving issues.
- Detail-oriented. Must be able to work with numbers, spreadsheets, and manage details for various accounts/clients.
- Competency in Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel, is important.
- Confident in communication skills. Emails and phone calls will be a significant portion of the job. Must be able to speak and write in a clear and professional manner. Good communication also requires talking through problems that arise and working with others who are in stressful situations.
