The Director of the Intentional Life Lab (Lab), will lead the creation and growth of this new initiative within the Ed Snider Center for Markets and Enterprise. The Intentional Life Lab’s purpose is to help UMD students develop their whole selves by working on purpose, wellness, character, relationships, community, and money. He/She will be responsible for the design and implementation of the program’s curricular and co-curricular activities, provide instruction to students, build partnerships on and off-campus to further the Lab’s mission, create and work to establish a viable business model for the Lab’s sustainable growth, fundraise for the Lab’s seed and launch phase, and effectively work with fellows, students, faculty, staff, and on-campus organizations to market and grow this new program.

Minimum Qualifications:

MBA and 12+ years of experience required.

Previous experience developing and delivering new curriculum for UMD students.
Ability to work in large complex organizations to launch new initiatives from idea phase to implementation and growth.
Comfort and expertise with building cross-cutting partnerships.
Previous experience with program management, operations, and budgeting.
Experience with fundraising and shepherding small and large donors.

Preferences:

Understanding of the undergraduate experience at UMD and previous experience working with its student body.
