Exit Zero operates a publishing company, a restaurant, retail store and gas station! We are renowned for quality work and products, and innovative, creative thinking. We are looking for an enthusiastic, organized, detail-oriented person to take charge of our social media programs which involve promoting all FOUR of our operations. The successful applicant will be generating ideas, shooting photography and writing copy (with training and supervision as required). They will also be responsible for using Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop to liaise with our photographer to input all of the photographs that go into Exit Zero magazine every week. Finally, they will be responsible for the operation of our online store, which is about to be upgraded, on the Shopify platform. This is a demanding job that will be creatively fulfilling in a fun environment staffed with enthusiastic, engaged people. Starting salary is $40k, but there will be bonuses offered regarding the performance of the online store. Applicants must have a good working knowledge of all social media platforms, an aptitude for design, and experience with Adobe products. Previous job experience is desired, but we will also listen to highly motivated graduates.
