    Excited about scalable AI? Looking for a chance to make an impact. The company’s AI technology allows providers to exceed value-based care metrics, achieve outcomes, and earn quality payments. Our conversational AI talks directly with patients. CFO’s love that we reduce costs. An MVP is in place, and initial customers are signed up.

    To help us scale, we are looking for a CTO/Founding Engineer to join the Founding Team. You will oversee a small team of developers and contribute directly to the code base as needed. You don’t need to be an expert in AI, Machine Learning, or Conversational AI, but it helps. If you are not, the company will help you get up to speed. You do need to be an expert in python, a disciplined software person who builds quality software and be ready to grow with the founding team.

    The founding team has chosen to preserve equity instead of raising funds until recently. Thus, you will get founder shares.

    The company will start fundraising in the New Year. As CTO, you will be part of this process. This process will last three to four months. Once funds are raised, you will receive a salary in addition to your equity package.

    The preferred job location is the Bay area or NYC area. Remote work is possible for exceptional candidates.
