A restoration company located in the Salem/Corvallis area looking for a Construction Project Manager to join our construction division in our Corvallis branch producing restoration construction loss projects. Primary duties include:
- Taking the restoration estimates and creating a budget and full schedule of services for our clients.
- Scheduling a mix of in-house tradesmen and subcontractors.
- Revising and updating the schedules of all jobs as needed.
- Send and receiving sub-contractor confirmations on schedule.
- Always communicating with our customers

Candidates must have a MINIMUM of 5 years of residential construction experience; have computer skills as all scheduling will be done on scheduling software, and must be able to pay attention to detail.
