This position oversees the clinical team of Social Workers, Addiction Counselors, Family Engagement Specialists, Clinical Interns in a Qualified Residential Treatment Program.
This position collaborates with outside Referral Agencies for placement of their at Risk Youth.
Assists in writing and documenting agency reports, developing policy and procedure, and ensuring quality assurance protocol is carried out.
Works a a team payer in order to provide Trauma Informed care through out the agency and among all staffs.
This position requires a Master’s Degree in a Behavioral Health Field with the appropriate license from the State of North Dakota.

Salary: $60,000.00 to $80,000.00 /year
