Client Services Director :

As a Client Services Director at Emmaus, you will manage teams responsible for daily operations of services, to improve processes, collaborate on agency policies and practices, and promote the Emmaus strategic plan, mission, values and overall health of the organization. A successful Client Services Director will: :

Directly supervise, evaluate, coach, provide feedback and support team members responsible for implementing services and meeting objectives.

Serve as a member of the Leadership team to collaborate on best practices and ensure consistency in implementation of services.

Collaborate with client services teams/departments to review, identify, and address EMT’s and trends, addressing emergencies as needed.

Prepare long and short-term resource plans and financial budgets making adjustments throughout the fiscal year to achieve goals.

Ensure all activities and operations are carried out in compliance with regulatory agencies and requirements.

Collaborate with company director team and other company departments to exceed organizational goals.

Job Requirements: :

Bachelor’s degree in human services or healthcare required and a minimum of 3 years experience supervising multi-level team(s) OR HS diploma/equivalent with a minimum of 10 years of experience supervising multi-level team(s); 3 of the 10 years in human services or healthcare.

Program oversight, quality review, and specialties such as community integration or behavioral expertise in working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.

Experience using MS Office 365 products, electronic record keeping including time and attendance.

Valid and current driver’s license, car insurance and acceptable driving record and personal working vehicle available for work.
