    Chief Operating Officer
    Law Enforcement Against Drugs, L.E.A.D, is a growing national nonprofit organization located in Central New Jersey. We are committed to creating a safer, healthier community free of drugs and violence. We are supported by dedicated police officers, teachers and communities who are committed to protecting the residents in our communities from the proliferation of drugs, drug related crimes and peer to peer cyber bullying. As we expand, we are expanding our team and we are looking to bring on a dynamic individual to serve as the Chief Operating Officer.

    Job Responsibilities include:
    -Managing the financial aspects of the organization. Including overseeing Auditors, working with Accountants and overseeing all financial transactions.
    -Daily administrative duties: Including but not limited to assisting overseeing our Program, Financial and Administrative Operation
    -Encouraging and implementing organizational growth to expand nationwide.
    -Assist in the planning of organizational activities within the community and working with volunteers locally to further the vision.
    -Implementing new advertising initiatives.
    -Managing Public Relations.

    The COO will report to the Chief Executive Officer

    Job Requirements:
    -Strong communication skills.
    experience in Finances and Accounting.
    -experience in Business Management.
    experience in Marketing and Public Relations.
    experience working with a nonprofit organization.

    Bachelors Degree

    Ability to work long hours with travel across the United States
