    We are looking for an energetic, creative, STEM loving leader to be the Center Director at our kids’ coding center located in the Carrollwood area of Tampa. This is a salaried full time position with possible profit sharing incentives.

    The perfect candidate will have a strong sales, marketing and events background and be excited to join our team of dynamic, energetic, forward-thinking minds. The candidate will provide a fun and safe learning environment for children ages 7-14 years old.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Overseeing daily operations of the center and employees.
    • Following up with leads, scheduling tours, and enrolling new students.
    • Working with our software to maintain communication with clients.
    • Working with parents to define children’s learning needs.
    • Working with schools and local organizations to plan events and providing information about our services.
    • Engaging with children and families in the center.
    • Ensuring that parents understand how their child is learning and progressing.
    • Ensuring the center is a fun and safe learning environment for our students.
    • Upholding corporate standards with respect to center cleanliness & operational standards.
    • Opening / Closing the center as needed.
    • Willingness to learn from and communicate with (super cool) hands-on owners.

    Qualifications:

    • Experience managing a team.
    • Ability to think on the fly and be perceptive to center dynamics.
    • Knowledge of business operations, sales, and team leadership.
    • Flexible schedule
    • Familiarity with Microsoft suite, social media, office equipment.
    • Passion for STEM education.
    • Must be fun to work with and enjoy working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

    Salary $45,000 a year. This also includes 2 weeks of paid vacation yearly.

    Work shifts: Monday-Friday 11am-7pm Saturday 10am-2pm
