Position Summary

Associate would be part of a high performing agile team leading program increment planning sessions along with our stakeholders, gather requirements, groom features/stories, prioritize, manage WIP, execute with Dev/QA/UAT teams and ensure successful implementation.


Required Skills

  • At least 5 years of experience working with solutions built using .NET and SQL technology.
  • Working knowledge of using Agile methodology in a fast paced environment and driving program increment planning sessions leading to creating features/stories.
  • Demonstrated experience in designing multi-tier application using middle-ware products and integrating multiple system of records
  • Gathering requirements for complex reporting using Business Intelligence products.
  • In depth knowledge in functional testing, component integration testing, system integration testing and performance testing.


Desired Skills

  • Familiarity with .Net and SQL programming.
  • Works independently, with limited direction, and is evaluated through end results.
  • Interacts efficiently with internal contacts/teams to drive through the solution and solve problems
  • Strong communication skills; proactively bring forward concerns
