Up to $95,832 a year
Master’s degree in relevant field and 10 years of progressively responsible experience in higher education/student affairs required. Doctorate preferred. Experience must include managing multiple departments; supervising professional staff; and at least five years in student conduct, behavior management and/or residence life and housing, as well as experience with retention and student success initiatives, Title IX compliance, sexual misconduct prevention, collaborative leadership, case management software, project management, and innovative problem solving. Knowledge of student development and issues that impact student services, behavior and university policy; higher education law and public policy trends; assessment and data analysis techniques; ADA/disability regulations; threat assessment; risk management; and regulatory compliance. Ability to cultivate and maintain effective relationships with university administrators, staff, faculty and students; simultaneously plan, organize and coordinate multiple projects; collaborate with a wide variety of internal and external constituencies; and interpret and apply complex guidelines, rules and regulations. Strong managerial skills, including the ability to train, mentor and motivate staff at all levels. Excellent interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
Salary up to $95,832; actual salary may be negotiable depending on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
