The *Assistant Director for Operations* is responsible for the daily operations of the Bookstore. Duties and responsibilities of the position include: * Opening and closing the store. * Security of the operation including loss prevention. * Development and enforcement of policies and procedures. * Payroll budgeting and monitoring. * Scheduling of staff. * Cleanliness of the facility. * Customer service. * Overall presentation and adequate stocking of product. * As a member of the senior management, the Operations Manager will work closely with other Assistant Directors and the Campus Services accounting and marketing teams.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree and one year of experience related to the area of assignment; or equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions.
