Event Management Solutions is looking for an extremely organized Administrative Assistant to the CEO.
The Administrative Assistant would be responsible for:
1. Overseeing state fillings and completing appropriate paperwork related to those fillings
2. Organizing all business related paperwork and completing or redirecting paperwork as needed
3. Answering CEO’s phone, filtering emails and helping to organize and prioritize the CEO’s schedule
4. Managing some social media related accounts
5. Managing some company advertising
6. Management of staffing team
7. Management of payroll team
8. Oversight of invoicing of clients
An ideal candidate should have the following skills, experience and availability:
1. Be available from 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday with some availability for weekend work as well
2. Extremely organized and punctual
3. Strong familiarization with all Microsoft Office and Google Suite products
4. Strong speaking and writing skills
5. Experience with Facebook, Twitter and other social media platforms
6. Ability to handle multiple strong personalities while maintaining a professional demeanor
7. Self-starter with strong work ethic
8. Problem solver, with ability to operate independently
Optional:
1. Bi-lingual speaking ability (Spanish and English)
2. Website programming skills
3. Interest in sports and music entertainment industry
4. Experience with QuickBooks Online
Education:
Must have at least a 2-year college degree or good previous experience in a similar role

Salary: $35,190.00 to $61,404.00 /year
