These aspects include: recognizing and qualifying new opportunities, establishing scope, proposals and budgets, working with internal OneMagnify departments to execute approved engagements, review of all aspects of execution and related invoicing and budget responsibility, coordination with project team and other departments to ensure all deliverables are on-track. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Single point of contact and accountability for assigned accounts and engagements
- Maintain and grow positive and productive relationships with external clients
- Has ability to act as the day-to-day contact for clients at all levels in an ongoing basis and serve as primary leader for key clients, identifying opportunities to grow the business
- Effectively collaborate with internal departments and project teams to ensure efficient delivery of scoped project.
- Consult and develop clear understanding of client’s requests and clearly articulate the ask to the internal teams setting clear expectations for tasks and deliverables
- Develop compelling decks that are in a client-ready state with input from applicable departments
- Demonstrable passion for the clients’ business – keeping an up-to-date understanding of the economics behind it, the customer and competitive insights that go into it, and the marketing strategy / channels that drive it
- Must thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to constant change
- Has a passion for best practice trends and innovations
- Supports organizational goals for sustaining and renewing client contracts
- Accountable for proposal development and managing proposals within budget
- Reports on sales activities and creates sales quotations for customers
- Familiar with marketing services concepts, practices, and procedures
- Performs a variety of tasks. Lead and direct the work of others including Project Management
- A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
- Strong PC skills and proficient at Microsoft Excel and other Office programs
- Manage profitability & support management of productivity effectively
- Book of business will cross multiple OneMagnify projects and service lines

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Minimum education/experience required : Bachelor’s Degree or 10 years of equivalent experience in a Client Service Management role.
Preferred : Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or business related field. Background in Marketing, Technology, and Analytic Services. Familiarity with Ford Motor Company Marketing, Sales and Service.
