Catchpoint provides a Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM) SaaS solution for medium to large enterprises. We are seeking a leader to join our team to help us expand our sales coverage via channels and partnerships. This is a critical and senior level position with a title of “VP of Strategic Systems Integrators and Service Providers”, reporting to the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO).
The Vice President of Strategic Systems Integrators and Service Providers will be responsible for building & leading a unified partnership program that will drive revenue growth and enhance Catchpoint’s ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience. As the VP Strategic Systems Integrators and Service Providers, you will define, develop, and curate the systems integrator and service provider partner network. As Catchpoint continues to move up-market working with larger customers and expand in the mid-market, we need to expand geographical sales coverage, gain access to executive decision makers and formalize our partnership strategy with a more significant revenue-generating focus. This role would initially focus on putting definition around our strategy in early Q1 2020 with a focus on driving meaningful revenue in 2020 and 2021.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute plans for building and driving new revenue streams through Systems Integrators and Service Providers globally. These include Tata, Mahindra, Reliance, Accenture, Wipro, Cognizant etc. Work with customers, clients, and other organizations with technology that complements Catchpoint’s product offerings.
- Design plans for targeting new systems integrators and service providers, coordinate relationships with prospects, and close deals.
- Prospect for mutually beneficial relationships between Catchpoint and strategic partners in order to access new markets, enrich Catchpoint’s existing footprint, and lend additional credibility and power to the Catchpoint brand.
- Research and analyze market data to identify potential partnerships, and initiate contact to foster relationships.
- Encourage lead generation through referrals and fostering existing alliances.
- Develop programs with strategic partners to benefit all interested parties, then work with the sales team to implement and grow those programs.
- Understand and communicate Catchpoint’s products and services to existing and potential partners in order to increase brand awareness and develop more efficient means of driving revenue.
- Develop innovative plans for expanding alliances and more efficiently capturing market intelligence.
- Reports into CRO.

Qualifications:
- 10+ years of total sales and channels sales.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role developing channels, partnerships, systems integrators, and service providers.
- 3+ years of managerial experience in a sales environment.
- Experience in navigating large corporate structures, identifying potential points of strategic intersection, and securing business partnerships.
- Proven skills building Go-to-market plans for channel and partner organizations.
- Preference for successful industry experience working with the strategic systems integrators and service providers that utilize DEM, APM, NPM, IT Monitoring, AIOps solutions to service their customers.
- Knowledge of SaaS or general software sales experience is highly preferred. Knowledge of web or performance analytics is a plus.
- Strong networking and communication skills are required.
- Must be comfortable interfacing with all levels of management, both internally and externally.
