Primary Function:
  • Responsible for the development and execution of the overall sales strategy for the assigned region.

Essential functions:
  • Creates and manages sales performance goals for the region.
  • Monitors and directs the business development staffing strategy.
  • Ensures that sales team has necessary training and resources to drive business from physicians, facilities and other referral sources.
  • Creates and directs the region’s enterprise growth strategy partnering with health care providers to ensure a continuum of care.
  • Works closely with the operations team to ensure successful execution of the region’s operational & growth strategy.
  • Functions as a member of the executive management team for the region ensuring that company compliance, performance and HR guidelines are maintained in the region.
  • Monitors and evaluates employee performance.
  • Holds employees accountable for the attainment of defined goals and objectives.
  • Executes effective performance redirection when needed.
  • Develops employees through coaching, mentoring, and formal/on the job training and development opportunities.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
QualificationsRequired:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, health profession, or related field; or Licensed Registered Nurse.
  • Five (5+) years’ healthcare sales management experience.
  • Eight (8+) years’ healthcare sales experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)


Preferred:
  • Home Health and/or Hospice experience.
