Advanced Home Care is seeking a VP of Home Health to join our team!
The VP of Home Health oversees clinical, financial, employee engagement and patient satisfaction at one of the top 30 largest home health companies in the country. This individual will be responsible to grow our services and improve the care that we provide. This leader will be active in the industry and take a proactive approach to developing relationships with other healthcare providers across the continuum of care.
This position will have an important role as Advanced Home Care transitions to become part of the BrightSpring Health family of companies. The ideal candidate will possess strong operational and sale leadership skills. Occasional overnight travel will be required. This position comes with competitive total compensation package that includes bonus potential!
Advanced Home Care has over 10 branches covering a four state area and is in the process of an ownership change to BrightSpring Health Services. The company is poised for growth and is looking for a leader who can make this happen.
Minimum Requirements
Bachelor’s degree required, Masterâs preferred, with a healthcare or business focus. Clinical experience (RN, PT, OT) also desired. Minimum of 5 years in leadership and business development.
