Our client is seeking a Vice President of Engineering to help shape the future of the company by leading the all elements of engineering. Reporting to the CPO, this key individual will lead and manage the Engineering, QA and Integrations teams responsible for building and delivering a world-class cybersecurity platform.

You will be playing a major role in defining a five-year product roadmap based on in-depth understanding of major cybersecurity technology-related shifts.

Your qualifications should include:
- BSCS/EE or MSCS/EE
- 15+ years of experience in engineering with at least 8 years of people management
- Proven successful technical leadership in service-oriented architecture and containerization.
- Strong team player with track record of managing and scaling teams and motivating technical personnel in a high growth company
- Experience migrating legacy products to SOA architectures.
- Experience implementing Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
- Experience in network and/or security engineering.
- Experience with Agile software development (e.g. scrum, Kanban)
- Strong networking infrastructure background with understanding of routers, firewalls, load balancers and switches and other security and network gear.
- Strong team player with track record of managing and scaling teams and motivating technical personnel in a high growth company
- Great energy and passion – must be comfortable in a rapidly changing dynamic environment.
