Summary
The VP, Digital Solutions & Insights is a hybrid role between sales, business consultant, and subject matter expert. This individual will be a leader on the digital agency team and will focus on establishing Wiland as a leader with DSPs, DMPs and other digital companies. This individual is responsible for developing, executing and managing audience sales for paid digital marketing campaigns (syndicated as well as brand-specific and custom) across multiple vertical markets to achieve exceptional ROI for our clients. This individual will help support the digital team and will be a subject matter expert by providing, developing and assisting with industry white papers, speaking engagements, strategy sessions and key client visitations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Passionately sell, implement and manage Wiland audiences for successful paid media campaigns into DMPs, DSPs, and Digital Agencies, demonstrating revenue/lead goals, efficiency and volume to ensure high profitability. Establish relationships with digital agencies and educate them on Wiland’s entire array of products & services.
  • Review current digital client revenues and develop a proposal for growing revenues from those clients 25%.
  • Drive growth in the sales efforts to hit quarterly budgets by contributing to ad volumes for prospective platforms and agencies.
  • Be a Product Sales Strategist to help position and sell Wiland’s product solutions. Establish and maintain strong and positive relationships with DSPs, DMPs and Agencies through face-to-face meetings, conference calls, and presentations.
  • Continually evaluate new opportunities for growth and expansion and develop POVs based on new findings.
Education, Experience & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or related program or equivalent work experience. Must be able to produce college transcripts showing minimum 3.0 GPA.
  • 10+ years experience managing campaigns, platforms or selling digital audiences digital agency media buying.
  • 8+ years experience with marketing campaign analytics.
  • 5+ years experience with Google AdWords, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics and various advertising platforms. Google AdWords and Google Analytics certified is preferred.
  • 5+ years working knowledge of marketing CRM tools such as Salesforce.com.
  • Proficiency with use of a computer – including Microsoft Office. Must be proficient with Excel.
  • Proven experience with developing new campaigns, executing and auditing established campaigns and provide recommendations and restructuring solutions to improve performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign data to drive marketing strategies and derive actionable insights from data.
