We’re hiring a self-motivated Project Manager with experience delegating to 25 or more junior staff members, including onsite construction crews, system engineers, and system technicians. The successful candidate will work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope, budget and timeframe. He or she will coordinate with other internal departments to ensure all aspects of each project are being delivered with the highest quality and will hire new talent as needed to fulfill client needs. We are looking for a creative and dedicated individual who will fit with our collaborative culture. The job requires some overtime hours, onsite presence, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced construction environment to deploy our technology services to our clients. Responsibilities and duties

Attend weekly meeting with Owner’s representatives, General Contractors, and all associated Trades.
*
Provide full time onsite construction coordination with the General Contractor and all Trades, to insure the deployment of all technology systems is on time and within budget.
*
Coordinate material and equipment deliveries to the project site
*
Provide daily reporting to management on progress and project milestones and identify any issues with proposed resolutions
*
Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels, and project requirements.
*
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
*
Meet budgetary objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis
*
Develop project plans and project schedules to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
*
Use and continually develop leadership skills

Qualifications and skills
*
5 years’ experience in project management
*
OSHA 10
*
BICSI certifications or equivalent trade experience
*
Quality Assurance and Quality Control
*
Familiarity with large scale technology deployments in a fast-paced construction environment to include IT infrastructure, Distributed Antenna, Access Control and Video surveillance, and Audio-Visual infrastructure
*
Familiarity with SmartSheet software’s collaboration and reporting tools
*
Experience with process improvement and inventory control
*
PMP Certification or equivalent trade experience
*
Advanced time management and analytical skills
*
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
*
Excellent client-facing communication skills
