Job Summary:
Reporting to the Manager of the Credit Administration Resource Management (CARM), the Senior Credit Administration Project Manager is engaged in the resolution of various credit-related issues. These issues range from those tracked through CARM Intake to OpenPages Issues including management self-identified, Third Line and regulatory matters. Process requirements are often formal and require thorough documentation. The scope of activity is focused on credit policies, procedures and underwriting guidelines as well as credit-related efficiency and effectiveness initiatives. Credit related projects involve First, Second and Third Line participants and span multiple entities across MUFG Americas. Coordination of communications among participants throughout resolution and certain ongoing processes is overseen by this position. Responsibilities also include establishing and executing planning, monitoring and reporting activities for a portfolio of CARM issues and projects to ensure adherence to project deliverables and deadlines.

Additional Information:
- 5-10 years credit related / business experience and includes an advanced degree or certification in a related field such as a master’s degree, MBA, CPA or CFA.
- Working knowledge of banking regulations, policies, procedures and related processing and information systems
- Experience facilitating task forces and ad hoc groups across organizational business lines to define issues, goals, solutions and support recommendations to appropriate forums/committees for approval and subsequent implementation
- Experience at writing and presenting information including data in various forms to educate and inform participants is helpful!
- Well above average written and oral communication skills and a considerable level of independence to accomplish multiple activities from inception to final execution and to develop projects to accomplish goals.
- Work products support periodic updates to senior management. Responsibilities directly affect several departments and groups. Work quality can have a major impact on attainment of department, division and group goals.
