As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Health & Benefits- Innovation business group within Aon. The position can be based out of any of our Aon offices, however preference remains in Woodlands/Houston, Minneapolis/Bloomington, MN or Chicago, IL.

Job Responsibilities:
Experienced consultant, with in-depth pharmacy benefit industry knowledge and consulting skills, contributes to growing Aon’s Rx Coalition and leads projects and client relationships. This individual is expected to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and build strong, productive relationships with clients, Aon colleagues, and Aon Rx Coalition vendor partners. Specific responsibilities include:

Support and/or lead global Aon Rx Coalition (ARxC) activities and thought leadership, with a focus on client management and retention, value creation, efficiency and quality

Work collaboratively with ARxC and pharmacy team colleagues to deliver coalition services

Manage Aon Rx Coalition vendor relationships

Interface with Aon Health Solution colleagues to address coalition client inquiries and assist in resolution of client service issues

Serve as the designated pharmacy consultant to ARxC clients. Key is having the knowledge, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills to build and strengthen client relationships

Keep pace with ever changing pharmacy benefits landscape

Collaborate with coalition and broader pharmacy team; lead with minimal oversight

Think creatively and demonstrate strong problem-solving skills

Manage/lead pharmacy assignments for non-coalition clients and internal pharmacy team projects and initiatives

Directly responsible for deliverables

You Bring Knowledge and Expertise

Required Experience:
5 + years of experience (8+ years for AVP level)

Deep understanding of pharmacy benefits, products and pricing

Experience in pharmacy or health benefit consulting or broad PBM industry experience

Consulting and project management experience

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Exceptional quantitative and analytical skills

Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent Microsoft Office skills – Excel (advanced proficiency), Power Point, and Word

Ability to travel

Education:
Bachelors or Pharmacy degree; or equivalent years of industry experience.
