Scrum Master-Contractor

What you’ll do:

6 month Contract

Role focused on full agile delivery leadership for one or many agile delivery pods across the bank. Role is similar to solution delivery lead with more Project management skills required

What we are looking for:

Experience developing agile capabilities in an organization – must be able to influence the culture

Knowledgeable on CI/CD and DevOps execution

Lead agile teams through stories, sprints, backlog priority and planning and execution maintaining steady velocity

Effective at identify and prioritizing MVP with Product owners

Manage workforce capacity

Refining backlog into effective stores

Coordinate with Product Owners and fill in for product owners while establishing agile practices

Drive integrated test capabilities within the team

Banking knowledge across commercial banking disciplines (Lending, Payments, Investments) are important

Strong relationship management skills across IT and the business including effective communication skills
