    Having a passion for Agile Values and principles

    • Showing proficiency in relevant technologies and IT organizational paradigms
    • Demonstrating strong knowledge of and experience with Agile frameworks, concepts and methods
    • Strong experience as a strategist, facilitator, conflict resolution and team builder.
    • Solid understating of Scrum .
