Exciting opportunity for a SNF Director of Nursing seeking an opportunity to transition into a Regional Nurse role or an experience Regional Nurse to support a small assignment of 2-3 centers.


Villa Healthcare, recently certified a great place to work,
is interviewing for a Regional Director of Clinical Operations to provide clinical leadership and expertise to 2-3 of our centers in the Minneapolis-St. Paul, MN Area! The Regional Director of Clinical Operations will provide direction, training and expertise to DON’s, nursing and clinical staff in several of our centers and will have a particular strength in facilitating change and mentoring others. Some of the responsibilities include:

  • Responsible for 2-3 centers.
  • Regulatory compliance for their centers – ie. Mock surveys (set up and lead), Quarterly reviews
  • Event Management and Monitoring/Coaching re-portable events
  • Routine visits with monitoring of systems
  • Audits & education
  • Assistance with survey management


But, more importantly, you have a passion for quality patient care. Think you’ve got what it takes? This is what we will need from you:

  • Director of Nursing or Regional Nurse experience.
  • You embrace change and come armed with a bucket of solutions/ideas for improvement
  • A love for what you do
  • You are a Registered Nurse (RN) in MN.
