We are looking for a Project manager to work in an integrated marketing team within a large global B2B high tech company. This role will help manage the team’s projects, milestone reporting, run project meetings, budgets and reporting to executives.
This role will use Microsoft teams, Budgeting Software, Tableau and other systems to keep a global organization on track with marketing project goals and within budgets.
This is a 4 month project (coverage for a leave), 40 hours per week, onsite at the client’s offices in Palo Alto, CA.
This is a W-2 role as a Stage 4 Solutions’ employee, health benefits offered.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and drive organizational touchpoints and communication cadence across worldwide teams and drive key meetings.
- Maintain a global calendar/agenda/interlocked planning cadence to clearly communicate objectives, deadlines, outcomes and results to team members and other stakeholders
- Ongoing line of sight and communication of view into current quarter and next quarter plans to keep 26-week planning cadence running cross-functionally and keep multi-faceted teams running smoothly
- Ensure key resources and documents are maintained and organized through the Microsoft Teams central repository and content sharing site.
- Manage and maintain budget planning and tracking
- Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting as well as adhoc reporting on specific content and campaigns as requested by Hub Integrated Marketing leveraging Marketing, Pipeline and Engagement dashboards.
- Prepare Executive level reporting and presentations on key programs, reports and status updates as needed.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of Project management in complex global organizations, preferably in a Marketing team
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, and attention to details.
- Expert knowledge of reporting and presentation abilities using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience aggregating and analyzing data from multiple data sources and providing actionable data.
- Passion for data and a constant curiosity to pursue better understanding.
