Work you’ll do/Responsibilities
- The purpose of this project is to provide our clients with full lifecycle enterprise IT support to include: program management; call center and service desk support; data center operations; end-user application and IT support; asset management; configuration, change, and release management; application development and sustainment; and Computer Network Defense (CND).
- Engage and maintain client relationship, determine clients’ needs in accordance with project SOW’s/SLA’s
- Help shape processes that increase efficiencies in accordance with project delivery service levels agreement requirements
- Act as subject matter expert on project deliverables, timetables, risks, and challenges

Our Government & Public Sector Systems Engineering team delivers large-scale software applications and integrated systems, and assists clients with architecture design, assessment and optimization, and definition. We develop service-oriented architecture (SOA) and other integration solutions to enable information sharing and management between business partners and disparate processes and systems, and we deliver technology enablement to support CIO services transformation.
Government & Public Sector Systems Engineering professionals focus on key client issues that impact the core business by maximizing operational value, driving down the cost of quality, and enhancing technology innovation. Our teams deliver a wide range of services, including application architecture design and optimization, application modernization, business process management and solution integration, custom application design and development, and large-scale technology delivery program efforts.
Qualifications
Required
- Serve as functional deputy to the PMO Task Area Lead
- Develop weekly/monthly status reports that provide critical insight into project performance
- Work with task area leadership to assess the enterprise risk landscape and develop mitigation strategies
- Support the management of project work plans and progress reporting
- Develop and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule
- Strategic communications development
- Develop and maintain a repository of all key project documentation
- Support the collection, analysis, and reporting of project financials
- Clearance Requirements: Interim Secret or above
- Bachelor’ degree or equivalent relevant work experience
- Willingness to live and work in the Orlando, FL area
