This position will be responsible for coordinating the necessary activities to execute residential disaster recovery projects in a fast-paced, deadline sensitive environment. This position will require a high-level of autonomy requiring a dynamic individual to manage a “cradle to grave” cycle of execution including communication and collaboration with impacted homeowners, subcontractors, high-ranking government officials, and all points in between while maintaining the highest levels of safety, quality, and integrity.

  • Manage and report work progress daily
  • Responsible for creating trade/subcontractor scheduling and ensuring progress targets are achieved
  • Responsible for all necessary procurement
  • Manage scope changes and the associated change orders
  • Must be able to effectively manage simultaneous residential projects without quality deterioration
  • Ensure quality reviews and final inspections are completed on a timely basis
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust with the impacted homeowners through open and interactive communication
  • Resolve issues/conflicts associated with project execution (work orders, change orders, scheduling, etc.)
  • Overnight travel to disaster recovery locations and overtime/weekend hours required

Job Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills and strong business acumen
  • Strong computer skills for necessary compliance reporting
  • Construction, engineering, and/or project management experience required
  • Candidates MUST have previous Field Supervision experience within the home building industry
