Required Skills

• IT Application Development Project Management with multiple projects from requirements gathering to close-out phases
• Experience in new development, installation and configuration on large IT Application Development projects with internal/external customers
• Experience in waterfall, hybrid, and Agile/Scrum based project methodologies
• Experience in managing complex projects, implementations, and roll outsAble to develop and maintain schedules in Oracle Primavera P6 EPPM without any additional training
• Batchelors Degree with concentration in IT, computer science, business, or related degree
• Expert in Microsoft Office
• Experience with managing project sites/documentation in SharePoint
• Experience in the public sector/government or in transportation
• PMP Certified
• Result oriented and independently driven
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Good analytical and negotiation skills, pays close attention to details
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and motivation skills
• Experience with Office 365 and Microsoft Teams
• Experience in managing Esri ArcGIS application or data development (eg. Esri Parcel Framework, Esri Roads and Highways)
