Campaign Project Manager
Position Summary
The Campaign Project Manager has a primary responsibility for creating, managing and maintaining all operational facets related to Capture client campaigns, products and services. This position reports to the Senior Manager of Project Management and collaborates closely with senior leadership and the Account Management Team, as well as client stakeholders to ensure flawless, on-time, and high impact delivery of service components. The Campaign Project Manager will leverage insights and customer intelligence to execute campaign launch, re-launch, optimization and closeout plans to deliver high results. This position requires strategic campaign development as well as managing tactical day-to-day campaign deliverables.
Position Success
- Maintain Operational KPIs
- Deliver services to partners within established expectations
- Plan, organize and implement contracted services based on partner success plans
- Provide all necessary information to leadership to ensure Capture meets or exceeds client retention goals
- Manage service delivery spend
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and manage all Client Campaign Plans
- Establish KPIs and monitor progress throughout the campaign cycle
- Schedule (internally and externally) all new client kick-off calls
- Develop client launch process documents
- Financial budgetary management for service delivery activities
- Collect and communicate client needs/concerns to Operations work team
- Review email content prior to new campaign launch
- Represent Capture to new clients
- Provide Subject matter expertise (SME) across all Capture product offerings
- Coordinate and facilitate all cross-functional communication between
Operations, Account Managers and clients
- Prepare ad hoc reports pertaining to client campaign progress and performance
- Work collaboratively with all Capture functional business units to ensure campaign objectives are being met
- Perform special projects as assigned
Necessary Knowledge and Skills
- College degree required; concentration in Marketing/Business Administration required, MBA preferred
- Excellent verbal, written and visual communication, presentation and motivational skills
- Self-motivated and self-managing
- Excellent attention to detail
- Organized and process oriented
- Ability to balance client needs with operational capabilities to deliver high quality work, quickly, in a dynamic organization with time sensitivity
- Experience with utilizing diplomacy to resolve conflict and drive compromise
