FCM Corporation, a Design/Build Commercial Contractor located in Madison, WI, is looking for a Full-Time Project Manager. The individual will work closely with our Senior Project Manager and the Owner. This person must have integrity, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage field personnel.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Bid Analysis
- Preparation and maintenance of construction schedules
- Negotiation of subcontractor bid submissions
- On-site project meeting leadership
- Preparation of month AIA pay requests
- Prepare project estimates
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of three years of project management experience in the commercial construction industry. A degree in project management is certainly a plus, as well.
