We are looking for a self-motivated, highly organized project manager, with a passion for RAM products, and a strong work ethic. The position will require a detail oriented person with an ability to hold all project resources accountable both internal and external. The project manager is responsible for the overall planning, execution, and completion of custom projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. Compensation is primarily salary, with an opportunity for a team bonus on a quarterly basis. Benefits include employee medical and dental insurance, PTO, paid holidays, and an engaging work culture.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Lead the organization and execution of custom projects
  • Communicates with the customer to determine needs and scope of project
  • Works with Account Manager to ensure customer has an understanding of expectations, timelines and progress
  • Defines scope of project, tasks, timeline and resource requirements
  • Maintain project documentation and track project milestones using appropriate tools
  • Determine project roles based on requirements and timeline
  • Determine resources needed to complete projects
  • Plan and schedule project timelines
  • Hold people inside and outside of our organization accountable
  • Create budget estimates, track budget and invoices and prepare budget change order requests at each project phase gate
  • Manage third party testing
  • Provide direction and support to project team
  • Monitor and report on progress of the project to all parties
  • Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
  • Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project goals
  • Project evaluations and assessment of results relating to project quality, client and team satisfaction and sales resulting from project
  • Organizing and assist engineering with generating drawings and reports as deliverables to the client or regulatory agencies
  • Develop a recovery plan if a supplier’s cost increase unexpectedly, work with design engineer to produce an alternative product or solution to present to stakeholders for change approval

  • Able to quickly learn and understand a variety of industry terminology, acronyms and other related pertinent information
  • Able to work confidently with a wide range of customer contacts including product managers, engineering resources, marketing, sales and other roles
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient level computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook, and SalesForce.com
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project, Wrike, and/or other project management tools
  • Able to hold others inside and outside of our organization accountable

Education and Qualifications

  • Diploma in Marketing or Business related field preferred
  • Previous Project Management Experience
  • Valid WA State Driver’s License.
