meet the needs of patients, physicians, and staff by ensuring on-time and on-budget information technology projects and excellent communication of a
project’s status. Identifies appropriate staffing, ensures appropriate productivity levels for projects, develops/monitors performance and productivity
improvement, safety, quality and regulatory standards. Ensures excellence in customer service and achievement of budgetary goals; manages continuous
improvement of processes and functions. Identifies and implements strategies to reduce costs and improve quality of service. Accountable for adherence
to state and federal rules and regulations; ensures compliance with federal, state and local agencies. Performs other related duties as required. Reports to
