Project Manager:

The Project Manager role sets up project plans, documentation, and timelines. Ensures timeline is adhered to and that teams and business owners at all levels are on-schedule. Gains proper approvals across USA Football, up to C-suite exec’s, sends meeting re-caps, makes assets available, makes sure appropriate parties are kept in loop, appropriate resources are assigned. This role will also be responsible for grooming all project requests and creative tickets.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage multiple projects from conception through completion
  • Serve as liaison between Business Owner, Creative, and other internal and external stakeholders
  • Communicate project requirements and procure supporting materials to ensure that projects move through the in a timely manner
  • Communicate scheduled deadlines and provide effective warning when delivery dates may be in jeopardy
  • Monitor and follow-up with all appropriate departments on project development
  • Maintain up-to-date and organized files for all stages from concepts to completed pieces
  • Initiate, develop, drive, and revise schedules
  • Coordinate team briefings, internal reviews of creative, and all other meetings needed to complete any given project
  • Reinforce USA Football process with all teams
  • Proactively work with business owners and creative team to establish efficient workflows and project oversight.
  • Two years project management experience required
  • Must be located in Indianapolis an onsite
  • Experience with Wrike project management software a plus
