Opportunity Snapshot:

We are currently looking for a passionate Project Manager who will partner with and ensure long-term success of our customers. The PM coordinates efforts between customer, organization and subcontractors to deliver the on-time completion of projects within budget and with a high level of customer satisfaction.

A Day in the Life:

  • Assume primary responsibility for supporting projects with an emphasis on estimating and contract development activity
  • Create, manage and distribute contract documents
  • Prepare, log/manage and distribute project deliverables, including but not limited to: submittal documentation, samples and scope documents, such as Design Plans, Shop/Engineered drawings
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
  • Perform quality control activities on plan sets, scope documents and estimates to minimize risk
  • Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
  • Develop a detailed project plans to monitor and track progress and coordinate internal resources such as Design, Estimating and Engineering teams
  • Ensure that all the projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Other duties as assigned

What you need to Succeed:

  • Degree or coursework in Design, Construction Management or Architecture is preferred
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret architectural drawings and plans
  • Retail/Commercial fixture experience preferred
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to direct scope with internal customers such as Sales. Design/CAD, Engineering and PM peers
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in design and manufacturing is a plus
  • Excellent client-facing and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; Demonstrated ability to input and manage data in ERP and CRM systems
  • Aptitude for managing a full project from point of initial service/product request through final customer payment
