In this role, you have the opportunity to
Directly influence and contribute to the operational success of the Radar Environment Simulator (RES) product line. This position is for a seasoned professional individual contributor in the Project Management sub-family, who works independently with limited supervision.
You are responsible for
- Acting as the primary interface between Operations and the RES Product Line team.
- Conducting regular status meetings with the manufacturing and test departments and providing status updates.
- Coordinating the flow of product between the manufacturing and test departments to ensure build schedules are met.
- Providing support and guidance to the manufacturing and test teams as and when needed.
- Proactively communicating and working to mitigate risks, delays, and issues.
- Interfacing with technical product team to provide operational insight and suggestions pertaining to manufacturability and testability.
- Lead new product introduction efforts for new product launches.
- Analyze manufacturing and test processes and provide recommendations for improved efficiency with a focus on growth and scalability.
You are a part of
An Operations team that is responsible for the manufacturing execution of highly complex electronic systems. Your primary focus is supporting the product line you are assigned to ensure the operational success of the product line.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline, project management, or business
- Minimum 5 years Manufacturing, Project Management, or related experience in a technical field.
- Experience interfacing with and guiding cross-functional teams to meet production goals.
- Ability to collaborate across functions (Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Test, etc.)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
