OTIIMA USA is looking to hire a full-time office manager/ assistant.
Duties Include:
– Stocking the office and kitchen supplies
– Errands
– Front office greeter
– Helping serve our guests and clients when there are meetings
– Planning company events and gatherings
etc.
We have a small office in Gardena that offers Parking, a full kitchen & bathrooms. We are looking for someone who has high energy, excellent organization skills, who can get things done efficiently. This is a fun environment and a great team to be apart of. Opportunity to grow.
