The primary responsibility of the HR Director includes Payroll, recruitment, Retention, Required qualifications for HR Director
Oversee New Hire Application Process
Welcomes new employees to the organization by conducting orientation.
Provides payroll information by collecting time and attendance records.
Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.
Prefer 2-3 years of experience as HR Director in skilled nursing care, and Payroll
Organizational and attention to detail is a must
Excellent communication, leadership and mentoring skills
Familiar with Microsoft applications such as Windows, Word and Excel
Ability to implement and consistently administer programs, policies and procedures
