Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline and scope. This candidate will have experience with complex resort wide renovations in a luxury environment. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stake holders, clients or project team members.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors in related field.
- Ten years related work experience with at least five (5) overseeing large projects.
- Able to read and comprehend blue prints, site plans and topographical drawings.
- Familiar with construction/development standards and practices.
- Proficient in performing simple arithmetic, algebra, and geometry calculations.
- Proficient with Windows based operating system and utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word and Email software.
