JOB DESCRIPTION
Summary/Objective
This position is responsible for managing various food service equipment & smallwares projects including, but not limited to: Design/Build, Contracts, Government/Military, and Multi-Unit clients.
Essential Functions

1. Once a project is awarded and a contract is signed, the project manager will take the scope of work and handle the ordering, tracking, receiving, staging, and delivery of all equipment and/or smallwares for that particular project
2. Project Manager will be responsible for field measurements, critical components of the particular project, and coordination with other trades relating to the scope within the contract
3. Any/all jobsite meetings, conference calls, and electronic correspondence with the General Contractor, Architect, Mobile Fixture Design Department, and client will flow through the Project Manager.
4. Change Orders, progress payment(s), credits, and RMA issues.
5. Project Manager will potentially work with multiple locations of Mobile Fixture as projects come on board.

Supervisory Responsibility
No direct supervisory duties, though management of projects includes directing project related activities of the project team members.
Work Environment
This job generally operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at job sites. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Usual hours of operation will be Monday-Friday 8 am until 5 pm, some work on the weekends or after-hours may be required due to the project.
Travel
This position may involve occasional travel. Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some projects may require more out-of-the-area and overnight travel.
Requirements:
Required Education and Experience
1. High school graduation, or its equivalent.
2. A minimum of two years in a Project Management role or related field.
3. Experience in the Food Service Industry.
4. Ability to read plans, work in a construction environment, work with deadlines, accurately read a tape measure, and communicate effectively.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
1. Successful completion of a drug screen and background check.
2. Knowledge of Microsoft Office-Word, Excel, and Outlook.
3. Demonstrated time management and organizational skills.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
