Boeing is seeking a Facilities Project Manager Team Lead to join its Facilities and Asset Management team in Tukwila, Washington to manage the work statement for the team. This role will also implement a variety of small to medium projects such as office refurbishments/rearrangements, infrastructure replacements, equipment installations, and other site or construction projects.
Position Responsibilities:
- Manage team work statement by assigning daily work queue.
- Provide direction and guidance to team on process and standards.
- Lead team review meetings, gather necessary team deliverables, and develop presentations.
- Develop and implement a work package inclusive of statement of work, estimates, layouts, schedule, and forecast.
- Coordinate with business partners, planning, engineering, construction management, security, network, and others.
- Use demand management principles to define project requirements with the business partner.
- Ensure project compliance to Boeing and regulatory standards such as city, county, state, and federal.
- Ensure comprehensive project and contract closeout for audit, accounting, and legal purposes.
- Provide regular project status and updates to executive leadership and business partners.
- Ensure project implementation meets safety, quality, cost, and schedule targets.

Required Qualifications: (Required Skills and Experience)
- Bachelor’s degree or higher
- 3+ years of experience in facilities project management or construction management
- 3+ years of experience in a customer service role
Preferred Qualifications: (Desired Skills and Experience)
- 1+ years of experience in AutoCAD
- 1+ years of experience with Maximo as a work management tool
- 1+ years of experience managing facilities projects of various complexities
- Excel in collaboration and communication
- Be adept at mentoring lower level project managers on best practices
- Be skilled in organization, task-management, and follow-up
Typical Education:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+8 years’ related work experience, 14 years’ related work experience, etc.).
