SHIFT: No Weekends

SCHEDULE: Full-time

Under the direction of the Director of Facilities, coordinates all projects with contractors, vendors, directors, security to insure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to proper specifications.

Essential Duties:
1. Create scopes of work
2. Meet with outside contractors
3. Work with directors to schedule projects
4. Cost analysis for all projects
5. Schedule and coordinate all projects with contractors, vendors, directors, security.
6. Make sure all projects are completed on time and on budget.
7. Prepare project forms and requisitions to ensure proper payment.
8. Work with Safety Officer and Infection Control to assess potential risks during projects.
9. Ensure that all contractors are performing work properly and up to code.
10. Ensure that all contractors are using proper safety precautions ( ICRA, OSHA)
11. Assist in maintenance related issues.
12. Perform management on call duties.

13. Assist team members in my department as needed.

14. Work with the Facilities Director to assess various building risks ( roofing, structural, ingress, egress, ADA,)


Required Education:
High School Diploma

Required License/Certification:
Current FL Driver’s License

Required Experience:
Must have a minimum of 3 years hospital experience with Facilities Management
