We are looking to hire a dynamic Project Manager Full-Time for our growing Experiential Event business. This position requires you to work from Texas. There also could be opportunity to travel. If this sounds good keep reading!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the Experiential programs by providing leadership, direction, and guidance, with a focus on favorable consumer engagement.
  • Lead and inspire the field teams to develop, manage, and execute, results-driven experiential and marketing programs that appeal to consumer interest.
  • Primary contact for senior-level clients; develops and maintains superior client relationships.
  • Anticipating the needs of the team and proactively identifying ways to improve efficiencies and final results.
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations of projects and supporting our clients and the event team in various and sometimes multiple endeavors.
  • Develop and maintain great client relationships.
  • Responsible for developing and tracking key performance indicators for events, such as the number of attendees, content generated via events, and the number of new customers / revenues generated as a result of events.
  • Accountable for quality control of all campaigns, reviewing budgets, planning decks, recaps, status reports, work back schedules, deliverables, vendor and partner contracts and overall project management.
  • Manage 3rd party vendors, event producers, promoters.
  • Manage event logistics ranging from defining event goals and objectives, determining event content, event promotional strategy, ancillary event plans, site identification, contract negotiation, technical support, and other duties as needed.
  • Staying on top of ever-changing priorities and projects.
  • Identifying and implementing better processes and tools to help manage events and teams to gain efficiencies.

QUALIFICATIONS:

You’ve done it. 4+ years of experience in marketing, event/webinar management, or experiential marketing.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Great communication skills are a must.
  • Time Management Beast! You must be a savage when it comes to being on time all the time for everything.
  • Love for technology and a basic to intermediate understanding of tools of the trade to help manage events from timelines to reporting to tracking in the field.
  • Positive attitude, where no project is too big or too small and no problem is above or beneath you.
  • Personable and persuasive –– possessing an innate talent for interacting well with others at all levels, inside and outside of the organization. It doesn’t cost anything to be nice….
