Key WW HEOR leadership role for CV, Immunology & Fibrosis portfolio. Responsible for all value demonstration activities to support portfolio development, commercialization with focus on delivering health technology assessment success and securing optimal pricing and reimbursement for the solid-tumor portfolio. Key leadership point for senior internal and external stakeholders including TA Heads in R&D, GDD, Commercialization, and KoL opinion leaders and payers externally, worldwide.

Influence across the BMS organization to provide high quality insights into future health economic trends, scientific advances and market place needs during early and full asset development to ensure Access considerations are identified and addressed.
Design and lead the execution of research strategies at the therapeutic and cross-therapeutic area levels that are fully integrated into the Development and Commercialization portfolio and further differentiate BMS products based on the economic, humanistic, clinical and real-world perspectives on value.
Lead, develop and manage a group of health outcomes professionals across multiple therapeutic areas creating and fostering an effective team environment.
Significant interface, influence and impact with HTAs and policy boards, other governmental, commercial and non-governmental organizations and profession societies that are advocating policy across the globe to shape the external environment in efforts to improve commercial success of drugs, and optimize our development programs.
Understand the dynamics of the global healthcare markets and systems as they relate to market access barriers and major payors, anticipate/predict the direction and evolution of market access hurdles and opportunities.
· Coordinate the Health Outcomes, Health Economic, Real World and Modeling capabilities across the regions/local markets to ensure alignment of standards/processes, partnership with medical, clinical, and commercial partners.
Requirements
Doctoral degree, PhD in HPM, Economics, Pharmacy Administration preferred.
At least 10 years of experience directly within the pharmaceutical industry leading HEOR teams.
Demonstrated track record of successfully leading and motivating direct reports or in a matrix management capacity.
Global and national-specific expertise health outcomes addressing formal and informal market access barriers for pharmaceutical market entry.
