Basic Function:
The Executive Assistant to the President provides support to the President and CEO in a one-on-one working relationship. This is a complex, multi-faceted position that serves as the primary point of contact for all matters pertaining to the office of the President.

A qualified candidate must possess the following skills and abilities:
- Expert level written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills that reflect an ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
- Personal effectiveness / credibility
- Able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion
- Strong drive, work ethic and sense of urgency
- Exercise good judgement in a variety of situations
- Very strong interpersonal skills and an ability to build relationships with shareholders, executive team, board members, external partners and others
- Emotional maturity
- Highly resourceful team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Adaptable to various competing demands
- Demonstrate the highest level of customer service
- Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Work a minimum of 45 hours per week; flexibility with schedule is important
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point)
- Ability to take dictation in shorthand is required
