Inktel is seeking an Executive Assistant to the CEO. A successful candidate will be an experienced assistant who is authentic, extremely detail oriented, kind, fearless, and consistently proactive.

DESCRIPTION

This is not your average EA position. Administrative tasks are required, yes, but the CEO seeks someone who is a supportive thought-partner – the EA will interact with management and various team members of all levels and needs to understand the big picture.

YOUR SKILL SET INCLUDES:

· Minimum 5 years of experience as an executive assistant reporting directly to CEO and/or senior management

· Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities

· Coordinate executive communications, including taking calls, responding to emails and interfacing with management and vendors

· Process requests and queries appropriately while maintaining high levels of integrity with confidential information

· Heavy calendar management experience is required

· Make complex travel arrangements (Domestic and International), including transportation

· Plan, coordinate and attend various companywide corporate, employee recognition and teambuilding events

· Draft correspondence; excellent grammar and punctuation is required

· Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents

· Excellent knowledge of MS Office

· Proficiency in English and Spanish with high level strong verbal and written skills

· Moderate local travel (as needed)

· Flexibility – willingness to work overtime
